This seems to be a newer hotel and I loved the layout of the room. There is a desk separating the bed from the sofa (a West Elm sofa). This creates the feel of a living flat and provided a view towards the window. The hotel is quiet and I enjoyed the close proximity to events I had scheduled throughout the week. Darleah at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. All staff were friendly. A special touch was they had pretty cards for those to send notes for Mother’s Day!! They had color pens and provided stickers and hummingbird stamps to mail it for you!! I took advantage of sending one.
Did not know what to expect, but my husband and I love the hotel, It"s very clean, the workers are very friendly, especially Robert at the front desk, the service were excellent also the location is great, not far from the airport we would be back.
One of my best experiences in Dallas. I was greatest immediately when I arrived. Check-in was Breeze. Guest services were awesome during check-in and checking out. My room was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was exactly what I needed. I requested a double queen with a trundle sofa bed. This room was larger than I expected. Breakfast was ok, nothing be excites about also nothing to complain about. This property offers happy hour. The bar tender, a young white female, was AWESOME!! Their house selection for drinks wasn't cheap liquor either. I plan to stay here again!
We received excellent customer service, we were greeted very professionally at the front desk by Ada and Keyon. We had trouble with the TV and Kenyon came up immediately with a smile and with patience to take care of it. The room was clean, upkeep was good. The location was convenient for us due to being right off the highway.and parking was great! Upon our departure Ada wished us a safe trip back to Oklahoma . We stayed for the weekend for our 12th wedding anniversary, definitely when we come back to this area we will stay again due to the great customer service and the excellent stay we had.
Toni & Ginger are amazing. They were very polite & hospitable. I enjoyed the quality of furniture in the rooms & appreciated the separate bath from the shower room. This is a major plus when traveling with kids. My only complaint was that this location did not have bread for breakfast.
On Sunday, the AC at our house went out, and with the weather, we were not able to get a technician to come out until Wednesday. That being said, we booked three nights at the Spring Hill Suites. From the minute we walked in the door, the staff treated us like family. They accommodated every request we made with a smile. They were very attentive to our needs and got to know us by name. Wendy and her team were absolutely amazing and worth staying here alone. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Our room had bunk beds which our son absolutely loved. The showers and amenities were great. The pool was clean, and the hot tub was hot! The breakfast was top-notch for a continental breakfast. I am so thankful for Wendy and her staff for making a tough time my family was going through a positive experience. If you are in the area and need a place to stay, I HIGHLY recommend staying here!
Parking area and lobby smelled like poo... don't know what that was about. Room and service are great
